The user has the right to revoke his consent at any time (by email to info@kuechenglueck.ch). The revocation of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out based on the consent until the revocation.

Art. 6 para. 7 lit. b FADP and Art. 4 no. 4 GDPR). For this, the express consent of the data subject is obtained in advance (cf. Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR).

3) Scope and Purpose of the Collection, Processing and Use of Personal Data
a) When visiting www.kuechenglueck.ch
When visiting www.kuechenglueck.ch, the servers temporarily store each access in a log file. The following data is collected without the user's intervention and stored until automated deletion after at most three months:

  • the IP address of the requesting computer,
  • the date and time of access,
  • the name and URL of the retrieved file,
  • the website from which the access was made,
  • the operating system of the accessing computer and the browser used,
  • the country from which the access was made and the language settings of the browser, and
  • the name of the Internet access provider.
The collection and processing of this data is for the purpose of enabling the use of the website (establishing a connection), ensuring system security and stability, enabling the optimization of the Internet offering, and for internal statistical purposes. The IP address is used in particular to detect the user's country of residence and to set a corresponding default language for the website. Furthermore, the IP address is evaluated in the event of attacks on the network infrastructure of www.kuechenglueck.ch and for statistical purposes.
In addition, and if the user has agreed, SwissCookware by Zöllner uses so-called pixels and cookies when visiting the website to display personalized advertising and to use web analysis services.
    b) When using the contact form
Users have the possibility to use a contact form to get in touch with SwissCookware by Zöllner. The entry of the following personal data is required:
  • First and last name, and
  • Email address.
If this information is not provided, it may impede the provision of services by SwissCookware by Zöllner.
SwissCookware by Zöllner uses this data only to be able to answer the contact request in the best possible and personalized manner.
    c) When registering for the newsletter
The user has the possibility on the website to subscribe to the newsletter. For this, registration is required. As part of the registration, the following data must be provided:
  • First and last name, and
  • Email address.
The above data are necessary for data processing. SwissCookware by Zöllner processes this data exclusively to better tailor the information and offers sent to the user to his interests.
When the user registers for the newsletter, SwissCookware by Zöllner uses the so-called double opt-in procedure. This means that after registration, SwissCookware by Zöllner sends an email to the specified email address in which the user is asked to confirm that he wishes to receive the newsletter. Only after confirmation is his email address added to the mailing list.
The user can revoke his consent at any time with effect for the future by using the unsubscribe link in the newsletter or by contacting SwissCookware by Zöllner directly. In the event of revocation, the user's data will be deleted from the newsletter distribution list, unless there is another legal obligation to retain it.
By registering, the user gives SwissCookware by Zöllner his consent to process the specified data for sending the newsletter to the address specified by him and for the statistical evaluation of usage behavior and the optimization of the newsletter. SwissCookware by Zöllner is entitled to commission third parties with the technical handling of advertising measures and is entitled to pass on the user's data for this purpose.
At the end of each newsletter, there is a link via which the user can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. As part of the unsubscribe process, he can voluntarily state the reason for unsubscribing. After unsubscribing, his personal data will be deleted. Further processing is only carried out in anonymized form to optimize the newsletter.
The newsletter is sent using the shipping service provider "Klaviyo", an e-commerce marketing automation platform of the US provider Klaviyo, Boston, Massachusetts. The data protection provisions of the shipping service provider can be viewed here: https://www.klaviyo.com/legal/privacy/privacy-notice. The shipping service provider is used on the basis of the legitimate interests of SwissCookware by Zöllner pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.
The shipping service provider may use the data of the recipients in pseudonymous form, i.e. without assignment to a user, to optimize or improve its own services, e.g. for the technical optimization of the shipping and display of the newsletter or for statistical purposes. However, the shipping service provider does not use the data of the newsletter recipients to write to them itself or to pass the data on to third parties.
The data stored by you with SwissCookware by Zöllner for the purpose of receiving the newsletter will be stored until you unsubscribe from the newsletter and after unsubscribing from the newsletter will be deleted both from the servers of SwissCookware by Zöllner and from the servers of the corresponding newsletter service provider. Data that has been stored by SwissCookware by Zöllner for other purposes (e.g. email addresses for the member area) remains unaffected by this.
For the sending of the newsletter, SwissCookware by Zöllner uses the email marketing services of third parties. The newsletter may therefore contain a so-called web beacon (tracking pixel) or similar technical means. A web beacon is a 1x1 pixel large, invisible graphic that is associated with the user ID of the respective newsletter subscriber.
The use of corresponding services allows the evaluation of whether the emails were opened via the newsletter. In addition, the click behavior of the newsletter recipients can also be recorded and evaluated. SwissCookware by Zöllner uses this data for statistical purposes and to optimize the newsletter in terms of content and structure. The tracking pixel is deleted when you delete the newsletter.
To prevent tracking pixels in the newsletter, please set your mail program so that no HTML is displayed in messages.
To measure the success of the newsletter, SwissCookware by Zöllner uses a success measurement tool. For this, SwissCookware by Zöllner obtains the consent of the users, which must be given when registering to receive the newsletter.
    d) Registration and Customer Account
There is the possibility to register and thus open a customer account. For this, the following data must be provided:
  • Salutation,
  • First and last name,
  • Address (street, house number, postal code, city), and
  • Email address.
The above data are necessary for data processing. SwissCookware by Zöllner processes this data exclusively to personalize the information and offers sent to you and to better tailor them to your interests.
By registering, you give SwissCookware by Zöllner your consent to process the specified data for the regular sending of advertising campaigns (online or print) to the address specified by you and for the statistical evaluation of usage behavior. This consent constitutes the legal basis for the processing of your data in the sense of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. SwissCookware by Zöllner is entitled to commission third parties with the technical handling of advertising measures and is entitled to pass on your data for this purpose.
You can revoke your consent to the processing of your data at any time (at info@kuechenglueck.ch). After revocation, your personal data will be deleted.

4) Use of Your Data for Advertising Purposes
a) In General
SwissCookware by Zöllner may use personal data of users of www.kuechenglueck.ch to advertise its services (online and/or print advertising, etc.). SwissCookware by Zöllner is permitted to pass on personal data to third parties acting on behalf of SwissCookware by Zöllner for this purpose. By using the website, the user expressly agrees to this use of his data.
b) Creation of Pseudonymized User Profiles
In order to provide you with personalized services and information on the website (on-site targeting), SwissCookware by Zöllner uses and analyzes the data collected about you when you visit the website. In the corresponding processing, so-called cookies may also be used. The analysis of your user behavior may lead to the creation of a so-called usage profile. The usage data is only merged with pseudonymous, but never with non-pseudonymized personal data.
To enable personalized marketing in social networks, SwissCookware by Zöllner integrates so-called remarketing pixels from Facebook and X (formerly Twitter) on the website. If you have an account with a social network included in this and are logged in there at the time of the page visit, this pixel links the page visit with your account. Log out of your respective account before visiting the page to prevent a link. Further settings for advertising can be made in the respective social networks in your user profile. The creation of pseudonymized user profiles for advertising and analysis purposes is based by SwissCookware by Zöllner on a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The legitimate interest lies in direct marketing and the analysis of the use of the website.

5) Integration of Third-Party Services and Content and/or Disclosure of Data to Third Parties
It may happen that within the online offering of SwissCookware by Zöllner, content or services from third-party providers, such as city maps or fonts from other websites, are integrated. The integration of content from such third-party providers always requires that they perceive the IP address of the users. Without the IP address, the content cannot be sent to the respective browser. The IP address is therefore necessary for the display of this content. Furthermore, third-party providers can set their own cookies and process the data of the users for their own purposes. In doing so, usage profiles can be created from the processed data. SwissCookware by Zöllner uses this content as data-sparingly and data-avoidingly as possible and selects reliable third-party providers with regard to data security.
It may also happen that SwissCookware by Zöllner forwards data collected online via this website to third-party providers, possibly also outside the EU.

Cookies do not damage your computer's hard drive, nor do they transmit personal data of the users to SwissCookware by Zöllner.
SwissCookware by Zöllner uses cookies, for example, to better tailor the information, offers, and advertising displayed to you to your individual interests. The use does not result in SwissCookware by Zöllner obtaining new personal data about you as an online visitor. Most internet browsers accept cookies automatically. However, you can configure your browser so that no cookies are stored on your computer or a hint always appears when you receive a new cookie.
Disabling cookies may mean that you cannot use all functions of the website.
SwissCookware by Zöllner typically sets the following cookies via Shopify (listing via the following link): https://www.shopify.com/de/legal/cookies#websites-von-shopify

9) Security of Data Transmission with SSL
For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, this website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock symbol in your browser line.
If SSL or TLS encryption is activated, the data that you transmit to SwissCookware by Zöllner cannot be read by third parties.

10) Tracking Tools
On the website, SwissCookware by Zöllner uses so-called tracking tools. With these tracking tools, your surfing behavior is observed. This observation is for the purpose of designing the website to meet needs and continuously optimizing it. In this context, pseudonymized usage profiles are created and small text files that are stored on your computer ("cookies") are used.
a) Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies", text files that are stored on your computer and that enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics is not merged with other Google data. SwissCookware by Zöllner has also extended Google Analytics on this website with the code "anonymizeIP". This guarantees the masking of your IP address so that all data is collected anonymously. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there.
On behalf of SwissCookware by Zöllner, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity, and to provide other services related to website and internet use to SwissCookware by Zöllner. You can prevent the storage of cookies by a corresponding setting of your browser software; however, SwissCookware by Zöllner points out that in this case, you may not be able to use all functions of this website to their full extent.
You can also prevent the collection of the data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) to Google and the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plugin available under the following link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de. As an alternative to the browser add-on, especially for browsers on mobile devices, you can also prevent collection by Google Analytics by clicking on this link. An opt-out cookie will be set that prevents the future collection of your data when visiting this website. The opt-out cookie is only valid in this browser and only for this website and is stored on your device. If you delete the cookies in this browser, you must set the opt-out cookie again. [Note: Instructions for integrating the opt-out cookie can be found at: https://developers.google.com/analytics/devguides/collection/gajs/?hl=de#disable].
SwissCookware by Zöllner also uses Google Analytics to evaluate data from Double-Click cookies and also Ads for statistical purposes. If you do not wish this, you can deactivate it via the Ads Preferences Manager (http://www.google.com/settings/ads/onweb/?hl=de).
b) Google Ads
SwissCookware by Zöllner uses the online advertising program "Google Ads" and, as part of Google Ads, conversion tracking. Google Conversion Tracking is an analysis service of Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; "Google"). When you click on an ad placed by Google, a cookie for conversion tracking is placed on your computer. These cookies lose their validity after 30 days, do not contain any personal data, and thus do not serve personal identification. If you visit certain pages of the website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and SwissCookware by Zöllner can recognize that you clicked on the ad and were redirected to this page. Each Google Ads customer receives a different cookie. Thus, there is no possibility that cookies can be tracked via the websites of Ads customers.
The information collected using the conversion cookie is used to create conversion statistics for Ads customers who have opted for conversion tracking. Here, they learn the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page tagged with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive any information that can be used to personally identify users.
If you do not wish to participate in the tracking, you can object to this use by preventing the installation of cookies through a corresponding setting of your browser software (deactivation option). You will then not be included in the conversion tracking statistics. Further information and Google's privacy policy can be found at: http://www.google.com/policies/technologies/ads/ and http://www.google.de/policies/privacy/.
