Return Policy (Right of Withdrawal)

Return Period
You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Requirements
The item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return
Contact us at info@kuechenglueck.ch and include your order number, item, and reason. Important: Returns sent back without prior request will not be accepted.

Who Pays for Return Shipping?
- The direct costs of return shipping are borne by the customer.
- Parcels sent “postage due” / cash on delivery will not be accepted.
- On request, we can provide you with a return label; the cost will be deducted from your refund. Alternatively, you may choose your own carrier.

Shipping Recommendation
Please use a trackable shipping method and keep the receipt. Until the return arrives at us, you bear the risk of transport.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants), custom products (e.g. special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g. beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.
Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges
Returning the item you received is the fastest way to ensure you get what you want. After the return is accepted, you can purchase the new item in a separate order.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
